What the service currently offers

RentMyHype is being developed as a marketplace connecting creators with brands for sponsorship placements. In the current preview you can browse example listings, preview a logo on an illustrative photo, save a demo bid locally, create an account, save private listing drafts, and start creator payout onboarding through Stripe where available.

Example listings are not offers for sale. Their profiles, audiences, prices and bids are fictional. A demo bid does not reserve a spot, create a sponsorship agreement, or charge your card. Saving a draft does not publish a listing. Transactional marketplace features will require additional commercial information and terms before launch.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate information, protect access to your email and Google account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Your photos, logos and content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us only the rights necessary to store, process and display that content to provide the features you request. You must have permission to use uploaded photographs, logos and other materials, including the consent of identifiable people where required.

Do not upload unlawful content, misleading sponsorship claims, confidential information you cannot disclose, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not misrepresent your audience, your participation in an event, or your authority to sell a placement. Event organizers and existing sponsorship agreements may impose restrictions; creators are responsible for checking these before offering placements.

Creator payout onboarding

Stripe provides payout-account onboarding and may require identity, business and bank information. Access is subject to Stripe’s eligibility rules, supported countries, verification requirements and applicable agreements. Connecting an account does not guarantee that a sponsorship will be sold or that a payout will be made.

The current preview does not collect sponsorship payments or charge a platform commission. Our launch pricing is a flat 10% of the final completed sale, deducted from the creator’s payout and inclusive of payment processing. The creator receives 90% and the brand pays its winning bid without an additional buyer service fee. A brand displaced by an accepted higher paid bid receives a full refund; RentMyHype absorbs the associated processing costs. No platform commission applies to losing bids. Auction rules, cancellation rights, proof requirements and payout timing will be disclosed before live transactions are enabled.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass security controls, submit fraudulent documents, interfere with the service, or use automated activity that disrupts its availability. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, infringement or legal obligations.

Availability and responsibility

The preview may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Keep copies of important content. We do not promise audience reach, sponsorship revenue, conversions or commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Closing your account

You can delete individual account drafts in your dashboard. To request account closure or raise a concern about content, contact contact@rentmyhype.app. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute, as explained in the privacy policy.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute is subject to the courts competent under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Before any live paid sponsorship service opens, the relevant commercial conditions will be provided for review.
